We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@ztyn.co. Shipping instructions will be provided at that time.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@ztyn.co.
Return Instructions
There are two ways to request a return:
1. Email Us
- Email us at hello@ztyn.co
- Subject line should read: "Return for Order ####" with your order number in place of the # signs
- In the body please let us know why you are returning (we won't deny your return it just helps us improve!)
2. Self-Serve Returns
- Log in to your account at: https://account.ztyn.co/
- Enter the email address used for your Ztyn purchase
- You will be sent a login code via email
- Copy/paste this code into the login screen
- Access order history
- Once logged in, navigate to the "Orders" tab
- Initiate return request
- Click the "Request Return" button next to your order
- Select your reason for return from the dropdown menu (please let us know so we can improve our products and service!)
- Wait for approval
- Our team will receive your request and process it quickly (Mon-Fri)
- You will receive an email with instructions and a shipping label for return as soon as it is approved
- Please package your Ztyn in the original packaging (if you have it) or packaging similar in size if possible
- Affix the label and drop off at a USPS store
- Track your return
- Save your return tracking number
- Monitor return status in your account
- Refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item
